services

  • For children, adolescents, and young adults

Treatment starts by developing an understanding of your story and your needs. I meet with you and your caregivers to learn your perspectives. Once I understand what you are seeking, we develop a tailored treatment plan. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes long.

    For adults

I start by learning who you are, what your patterns are, and the experiences that you have integrated into your sense of self. We will work collaboratively to understand what you are seeking from therapy, and create a tailored treatment plan to support these goals. We offer weekly, bi-weekly or as-needed sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • For caregivers and their child/children, or for siblings without caregivers

I work with caregivers and their children to support difficulties within your family. Goals often include improving communication, developing trust and security, and repairing strained relationships. I work with siblings with or without their caregivers, and with caregivers with one or multiple children. We offer weekly or bi-weekly sessions, which are 50-80 minutes long.

  • For caregiver/s

When caregivers require support without involving their children, I work with them directly. Goals often include understanding their children’s needs, addressing the parenting challenges they may be facing, and developing strategies to foster stronger and more fulfilling relationships. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Coming 2023!

Psychological or psycho-education assessments are recommended when there is a need to better understand your child’s strengths and areas of challenge. Areas of assessment include, but are not limited to, cognitive testing, academic testing, personality assessment, and comprehensive assessment of socio-emotional functioning.

We do not offer assessments for developmental disabilities or eating disorders.
